About last night. When Tom and the kids asked me what I wanted to do for my birthday I requested a dinner at home and I told them if they would handle the cooking I would set the table. I crossed my fingers that the weather would let us eat outside and, boy, did Mother Nature deliver with the most beautiful night last night. Today is my actual birthday and as I begin this last year in my 50s I’m feeling so blessed and ready to lean into everything happy and good in the year to come.
