Links for Your Weekend

Happy Friday, everyone. What a week, right?

I avoid politics on this blog (which feels strange sometimes because I’m interested in and follow politics closely) but I feel like I should at least acknowledge the events that are happening right now. Between the pandemic and politics, we’re all living through a lot right now. I hope you’re taking good care.

As I often do on weekends, I’m sharing with you some things I’ve found interesting or entertaining from around the web. Here’s what I saved to share with you this week.

This Minnesota architecture firm designs classic, timeless homes. Their portfolio (both new builds and renovations) is full of inspiration.

I would love to find a place to use this charming wall lamp.

If you’re looking for a good mystery to settle in with this winter, you’ll want to check out Still Life by Louise Penny. A woman has been found dead in her rural Canadian village and a Chief Inspector from Montreal has been sent to investigate. This is the first book in the popular series by this author. At the time I’m writing this, the Kindle version is on sale.

Finally, I recently updated my Amazon shop page to include some new favorites. Everything on that page is something I own and can recommend.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
