Links for Your Weekend

Hello friends, and happy Friday! What does your weekend hold? We’re heading down to the lake to celebrate Tom’s birthday. It’s going to be cold but I’m looking forward to having all five of us in one place for a couple of days.
On Fridays, I often share interesting or entertaining links I’ve found around the web. Here’s what I saved to share with you this week.

The setting for this English cottage is stunning and the cottage is so cozy.
Last Sunday we had a fall Sunday dinner with the kids. I made Pioneer Woman’s perfect pot roast which was amazing and this cast iron skillet apple crisp for dessert. And, full disclosure, I served the pot roast with Bob Evans mashed potatoes from the grocery store because I could never make any that taste that good. We all had second helpings.

Amanda and her husband stole a little used corner of their living room to create a butler’s pantry and the result is charming and so useful.
The crossbody bag I bought to take to Chicago is 40% off right now. It worked great for travel and I love the stripes. I’m sure I’ll take it on future trips too.
I’ve been dying to tell you guys about this glass hurricane from Target. It’s huge and the price is amazing. I’ve eyed this rimmed style of hurricane for a long time but every one I’ve seen has been much more expensive. Maybe that’s why this one is in and out of stock all the time. There’s a smaller size too. I may have bought two of each. I’m looking forward to using them indoors and out for candles and flowers.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
P.S. Thanksgiving favorites and what I’m loving right now.
Good morning, Julie! I could move right into that darling cottage. Hope you have a great weekend.
Julie, shame on you! I’ve been eyeing those glass hurricanes at Target for quite awhile now. You just pushed me into making the leap! Love the charming cottage and butler’s pantry. Happy weekend! Jillian
Love your weekend links! That cottage and butler’s pantry are dreamy!
