Links for Your Weekend

Happy Friday! How was your week?

I have nothing exciting to report. We’re back in a regular routine now that it’s the new year, and I’m actually enjoying the ho-hum of it all.

On Fridays, I often share interesting or entertaining things I’ve found around the web. Here’s what I saved to share with you this week.

I recently discovered Whittney Parkinson Design on Instagram and she quickly became a favorite. I especially love this home in her portfolio.

The best hotel room views from around the world.

These chocolate bars would make a sweet, simple Valentine’s Day gift.

We made these scalloped potatoes at Christmas and they were delicious! (I say “we” because one of us was carmelizing the onions while another was making the roux and another was slicing potatoes.) I bought Yukon gold potatoes and we skipped the peeling.

Some of the most-worn pants in my closet are on big-time sale. They’re cute, comfortable, and can be worn just about anywhere. They come in regular and plus sizes.

This is a great roundup of soup, stew, and chili recipes for winter.

Have a great weekend!

P.S. A day in Key West and what I’m loving right now.
