Links for Your Weekend

Happy Friday (the 13th!). How was your week?
On Monday Tom and I got back from a quick trip to DC. There’s a highlight in my IG stories if you’d like to see what we did. I’m working on a trip report to post here so let me know if there is anything specific you’d like me to include.
Here are some links I saved to share with you this weekend.

I’m loving the Instagram account of artist Amanda Carol Eck. I can’t afford her work but I can borrow her idea of pairing contemporary pieces with traditional frames. I love the look.

There’s so much to love about this bedroom created for two brothers.
I know supply chain issues are causing a problem with getting new furniture. I discovered this week that Pottery Barn has an in-stock, quick ship collection and that the Irving Leather Swivel Arm Chair is part of it. We have this chair in the molasses color and we love it. We had it in our family room for several years and then we took it to the lake and it’s held up great.
Hallelujah! Nancy Meyers is writing, directing, and producing a new movie for Netflix.
Are you a book lover who loves to travel? This is for you: the best hotels for literary buffs.
I’m listening to this podcast and it’s riveting. I was drawn in by the tagline: a New Jersey political murder mystery. Four of the seven episodes have been released and a new one drops each Tuesday.
I hope you have a good weekend.
P.S. A schoolhouse turned cottage and ingredients for a soulful house: books.
Looks like some great links, Julie. If you like true crime, we are watching The Staircase which is so good! Have a wonderful weekend!
Hi Katie. We started watching The Staircase last night. So good!
