Happy Tuesday and HAPPY MARCH! Are you as happy as I am about the longer days and warmer weather? I know the official first day of spring isn’t until the end of the month, but as far as I’m concerned, spring is here!

Today I’m playing along with Tanya at The Other Side of the Road and sharing some things I bought last month on Amazon.

As usual, I need to let you know that the links below are affiliate links, which means if you click through and make a purchase I earn a (very) small commission at no additional cost to you.

I’ve been on the hunt for some slippers that aren’t fur-lined to wear when the weather is warmer and these super affordable, velour, memory foam slippers fit the bill. Cute and comfy.

The squirrels in our yard have found a way to eat from our bird feeder no matter what we’ve done to stop them (including putting Crisco on the pole!). This squirrel-proof bird feeder came highly recommended and has a 5-star rating on Amazon, which I almost never see. We’ve only had it up a few days but so far, so good. All birds and no squirrels. As an added bonus, it’s huge, so needs to be refilled less often.

I’m terrible about taking my makeup off at night, so these eye makeup remover pads are a necessity for getting rid of the raccoon look the next morning.

I’ve been running across so much info about how good light therapy is for mood (especially in the winter months) and sleep (all year round). I’ve been using this light box for about 30 minutes in the late afternoon for the last couple of weeks and I really think it’s helping. It has several brightness levels, comes with a stand on the back (like a picture frame), and my favorite feature: a timer that you can set from 10 to 60 minutes.

I wanted to add some Omega-3 to my supplements and a little research led me to this one (another item with a 5-star Amazon rating).

One item we use all the time at home and were really missing at the lake was a mixing bowl with a spout. I ordered this one from Anchor Hocking and was pleasantly surprised when it showed up with a lid and some measuring spoons inside.

This lid organizer was also sorely needed at the lake.

We also needed juice glasses and I got these blue-rimmed ones to match our larger glasses.

Another blogger recommended this $19 hoodie and I was so pleased at how thick and soft it was for that price. I hesitated to share it here because it’s sold out in so many colors and sizes, but you can have them email you when the color and size you want is back in stock. (I found it ran true to size FYI.)

What have you bought lately? Anything good?

P.S. Favorite estate sale finds and my favorite books of 2020.
